Heitinga is on Arne Slot's staff at Liverpool but hasn't held a full-time manager post before (interim at West Ham briefly).
Schumacher did very well for Plymouth but struggled at Stoke.
Eustace interviewed for Swansea before and if I remember rightly wanted to take it but turned it down because his wife didn't want to relocate.
