We were close to getting him on a seasons loan, but Lampards appointment at Derby it looks like that's where he's heading.

Beat me to it. I was distracted!! Lampard's name will sway a number of things Derby's way and I think they will challenge at the top this season. If Pots hadn't come here I'd have been quite happy with Lamps but it's his first managerial job so he has a lot to prove.
