Regarding Bale, the original post is not that far fetched. Come June, Bale has a serious and challenging decision to make. If Wales qualify, Bale has the challenge of staying in the best condition he can possibly be plus get sufficient game time at a high enough level to be ready for the tournament. Money is not likely going to be allowed to get in the way of that. Facilities are going to be important and few clubs are going to want to disrupt their environment with a “special” player there primarily for himself.
