Fede doesn’t have much choice except return to Argentina.
It's being widely reported that Russian Premier League club Krasnodar are negotiating his transfer. Could just be paper talk though. Thing is, if Fede wants to stay, and he has a contract, and the owners want to sell, we have something of a Mexican stand off. Let's hope that Fed digs his heels in.

Didn’t West Brom make a concrete offer for him last August? I’ve seen the Krasnodar talk too. He is on £43,000 pw wages which makes him currently the 7th highest earner on the books. I can see the owners wanting that off the books and also Fede being happy in Wales, he’s king settled, he was solid last year, and captained the side many times. Tough situation.
His body language tells me he wants to stay. Fede is a solid centre-back, and our centre-backs are not to be blamed for the relegation.
