Ducks … an approximation

@ivoralljack and I have bantered from time to time about this fellow we call Ducks. To give you some perspective and deeper understanding … let me illustrate using Graeme Souness as a proxy …

This was Ducks in training … when he liked you, and he knew there was going to be beers afterwards … if you could still stand and weren’t too bruised up.

Training with Ducks was one of the quickest ways there was to become proficient at one-touch, pass and move. As the best way to avoid Ducks is not to be there when he arrived.

Damned right!! :ROFLMAO: I've still got scars on my legs from when I wasn't quick enough! He really was a great guy but a complete bastard on the pitch.

Every play is a red card
By today's standards absolutely and then probably an extended suspension due them piling up.

But back in the day ... football was a contact sport and Souness had a profound lack of timing and self-control.
