Ivoralljack and the blobster are having a game of darts at 6.30pm at the Cocket Inn Thursday evening.
If you would like to join us it will be great to see you there.

If you don't have your own darts I have a spare set you can borrow.
No prizes other than self esteem !

Shame no one joined us for darts as it was a very enjoyable evening with Blobs great company as usual. Thanks, Blobs, it was fun! We played darts; sat and had a nice chat in between games and a couple of drinks in a quiet environment. And I actually won a couple of games for a change.

Yes, an enjoyable evening , I even scored 174 whilst trying out Ivors new darts (2 treble tops and treble 18 )
Neither of us were consistent but we both showed signs of improvement.
The pub was very quiet and we had the dartboard to ourselves , a relaxing evening with a variety of games , a few drinks and plenty of conversations.
Feel free to join us next time we are out , I'll try to give more notice next time .

Jonny Clayton came from one set down to edge out Dirk Van Whatsisname 2-1 in the Grand Prix of darts. This is the one where you have to get a double to start and Jonny is the reigning champion. Hope he and Gezzie do us proud but Jonny was sliding them in the 1s and 5s again tonight and he'd better cut it out if he hopes to beat Dmitri van den Berg in the next round.
