Report offers Nottingham Forest hope in quest to land Cooper favourite

Jay Fulton has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest and a report by SCFC2 might hand the Reds hope for the January transfer window.

Would be a mistake to lose a player like Fulton. He offers more than depth. But I think the owners would jump at a chance to sell him. Selling him to a side we are in competition with.

You’re in a minority of one KV. If Cooper comes calling with a promise of lst team football Jay is up for it and Martin can’t even find room for him in the 18. And there might be some cash in it!

Martin not using Fulton is something I don't agree with or understand. He's the most aggressive midfielder we have, can pass the ball and gets the odd goal - and he'd score more if he played further up the park. No doubt Fulton would relish playing regularly and for a manager who values him. Personally I think he's been well under-used by us and could still be a valuable squad player.

I hope he doesn't get sold. It's puzzling to me that Fulton and Whittaker are not being utilized. Owners must have plans to sell them come January.

More news on this, I would hate to see Jay go to our ex managers club and rival for promotion. Don't know why he no longer gets minutes.
