Andy Pandy is now juggling a box full of new toys. Not knowing what to play with next. The gloss is falling of his oldest new ones - Smith and Lowe. MGW is crocked for a while. He now has a new trove of toys to figure out. Bennet has to be our new VdH or at least a good impersonation of Rodon or our hitherto 3+2 is going to leak if not unravel.
Fulton waits patiently on the bench and game after games shows his pedigree of having debuted in the Prem in cameos that are rock solid ... yet not earning a start. Cullen looks more the player out wide than Lowe does and is definitely more of the box player than Lowe ever will be ... yet not earning a start.
Grimes needs to up his game. He needs to leave the field physically and mentally exhausted having made every tackle and pulled every string possible and hoarse from cajoling every ounce of coordination and effort from those around him ... I’m not seeing that.
Teams that earn promotion earn it by not yielding an inch nor delivering less than the highest level of quality, every minute of every game from every position. We are not at that level.

If we don't considerably up our performance against Coventry we will be mullered. Thing is we never know from game to game who will turn up. Ayew does in most games; when he doesn't it's usually because he's seeing no support or effort from the others. Soul destroying.
At our best we could probably win this but it's anyone's guess how well we'll play.

Cooper says he knows nothing about it. Mind you, even if we do sign him his recent level of football hasn't been the greatest, so you wonder how his own form is if he's been released by a pretty average side.
