Agreed on many points here, we lack a steely centre back pairing, a Martin Keown type character. Or a Bodde (Fulton) to set his toll booth out.
The one thing that annoyed the pants off me in the Euros was the entire home nations (apart from that one Scotland game), set up to pass across the backline. Boring, anti-football. We aren't the peacocks feathers, we're a duck in a tutu.
My point about the Euros being, it clearly doesn't work. Play football to score goals, lots of goals. If you don't, you'll never win.
