Didn't do my predictions this week, internet probs all week due to electric storms & power cuts.

Up until Sunday afternoon I had a record I was proud of. That was undone by the Liverpool keeper. I won’t dignify him by mentioning his name. It is girly and he certainly lived up to it. He gifted a win to the Irons

I was the only member of the league with a better than 50% prediction success rate.
(Even if I couldn’t buy a correct result)

I hate weeks like last week -- I started out brilliantly with the correct result for Southampton-Villa. Three points - fantastic! I then proceeded to bomb out on every other result except one leading to the glorious weekly total of four points. Ba, humbug. Congrats @The Blobster for so many correct results (mumble mumble mumble).

Thank you ,
That's the only luck I have at the moment, with several health problems my life is pretty grim for now . I have been unable to pass urine due to an enlarged prostate and as a result I have been catheterised, another problem I have is kidney stones, these little buggers pass into my bladder and
burst the balloon that hold the catheter in place , its come out 3 times in the last 8 days needing to be replaced, which is not at all a pleasant experience, but things are looking up as today is new guitar day , I'm expecting a delivery at 9.30 am today of a PRS STARLA guitar wooooohooooo can't wait 😀

Good luck with your new guitar, Blobs.
Ive been meaning to ask what’s your opinion of the “youtube sensation” Dovydas, probably spelt it wrong,?

Dovydas is a street musician , he has a looper for drums and choral backing then plays over the top of that , his videos are good to watch and keep me entertained.

Godin guitars are lovely , made in Canada , I once owned a Canadian made guitar , the make was Sparrow, the guitar was an es335 copy, lovely guitar but the heaviest I've ever owned , sold it on before it gave me back problems 😀

The PRS has arrived , lovely guitar superb chimey humbuckers with a very usable split coil pull/ push on the tone control , splits the coils with very little volume drop, it's in Antique White with a tortoiseshell pick guard. Bought from Peach guitars for £449 , a saving of £160 on list price 😀 👍 😎 👌

Well I'm very pleased for you @The Blobster, especially given the weeing issues, but once I read the above quote I realised I am way out of my depth. It reminded me of that Monty Python sketch of the Yorkshire mill owners: "Flay rods gone outta skew on treadle"!

Had the same prostate problem some 20 years ago constantly going to the hospital out patients to be drained by catheter, eventually fitted permanently, was then given the option of having a prostate shave, which entailed enlarging the urine tube in the prostate, watched the whole thing on camera, what they get down that little hole is unbelievable, water jet, camera, and shaver. (All at the same time.) :) Now some 20 years later still no problems, get the very occasional slowing up a little but drinking water (without the hops) tends to put things right.

First day in Boston, there was a baseball game in progress over the road. The lift attendant at my hotel said “Martinez filled the bases and popped the pitch”.
He looked at me for comment but all I could think to say was “is that good?”
Now THAT one reminds me of the famous cricket commentary from Brian Johnston: "Neil Harvey's at slip, with his legs wide apart, waiting for a tickle."

Well done Ivor, a good week for you, 8/10 right with two correct scores.
Not so dusty on 7OTB either - a full house no less!
Welcome to a very exclusive club for this season.
Also I’ve managed to push my hit rate back past 50%.
👏👏👏 all round
