Good enough for him. I have used JCP frequently in the past and found them to be first rate. Can't claim they were perfect, nothing/nobody is, but they did well for me overall.

I liked the comment that he should now sue his new solicitors for not advising him to wait in case Swansea were relegated. (They should have realised he was doing his best to make that happen).

And surely the Claimant didn't need his Solicitors to point out to him that if Swansea got promoted to the Premier Leagu the value of his shares would rocket, so even if there was negligence, he didn't rely upon it.
