Lowe and our young strikers look pretty sharp in training. So sharp that Benda looks like a clown. The latter one is a joke of course.:giggle:

They do. Mind you, this is level 1 of the game. Level 2 is where you have a crafty centre back in the way. Level 3 adds a flag happy assistant ref to the mix.

Any of you think Blooperman will still be holding the reigns in 24 days time ?
The fact we haven't had a single statement from him on the swans channel or any media interviews during pre season tells me that he wants out , the club wants him out , but they can't agree a fuck off package .
Sooner he goes the better for all ! :poop: :poop: :poop:

This is the first time we've had a manager totally silent on the up coming season , transfer ins and outs , hopes etc . No comments on the new signings , nor anything on pre season games .
Somethings not right or he would have done at least one press interview surely?

Do crafty League Two centre-backs count?

"Swansea City kicked off their pre-season campaign with a pair of victories over Newport County in games played behind closed doors at Spytty Park.

Steve Cooper’s squad was split over two hour-long fixtures, with the Swans emerging as 1-0 and 4-0 winners.

Morgan Whittaker scored the winner in the opening contest, turning the ball home from close range, while Adrian Akande and Kyle Joseph went close to adding to the visitors’ tally.

The second game saw George Byers, Liam Cullen and Jamal Lowe (2) find the back of the net, while there was another clean sheet for the Swans.

Jordon Garrick teed up Byers for the opener with a pull-back from the right side of the area, before Cullen lofted the ball over the keeper from Lowe’s cross.

Lowe then rounded off the scoring as Jake Bidwell and Dan Williams set the forward up to coolly fire home the third, before completing his brace from a Cullen pass."

"And following a pair of wins in midweek, Cooper’s side ran out 5-0 winners at Spytty Park (again) after a brace from Liam Cullen and goals from Ben Margetson, Yan Dhanda and Joel Latibeaudiere."

Who is working with Tate and the squad at the moment?

Any unknowns or know visiting Fairwood?

What’s the word as to how things are going? Are the players getting it done or mailing it in?

Tate may yet get the job as the only man standing!
