Can we do the double double or will the scum burst our bubble .

Following a huge improvement last time out can we do the unthinkable and make it two wins on the trot and another double against the rabble up the road ?

Scum have improved recently, but I believe we have a better team and can take 3 points on Saturday. It will be squeaky bum time for most of the afternoon but I'm looking forward to this game .

Congrats to oli Cooper for his first cap , he deserved longer on the pitch as Ramsey contributed nothing all game .

COYJB don't fail me at legoland .

How come the game is on Saturday?
because Cardiff have nobody playing for Wales whereas we do and the expectation was that some of our guys would play and therefore have a recovery period. 🤷🏻‍♂️. We are the poor step-child despite being the best club in Wales.

I am seeing that Piroe has 5 yellows having picked one up near the end of the last match; hence he has a one match suspension. Am I correct in this?

Cullen and Cooper have to be fit to play and should therefore start. Will Martin finally play Cullen and Whitaker together with Cooper and Cundle and let it rip.

Be nice if he does but I doubt it. Not in his DNA. He knows what this game means and won't want to lose it, so he'll have us sit back and try to hit them on the counter. Either that or he'll try and bore them into submission with endless possession. Whatever he goes with it means that Cullen will be starved of service, so even if he starts, Martin will hook him for not scoring. Counter attack football might suit Whittaker though who has a degree of pace and could be dangerous.

I believe that Cardiff are in slightly better form than us right now so I make them favourites playing at home and, if we sit back, we could be punished. Personally I would play on their anxiety not to concede the double double and would try and get them thinking, oh, no, here we go again!! Starving them of the ball early doors could be a good tactic but we need to score first to increase the pressure on them.

I think it's a 1-1 or 0-0 draw, I expect a lot of dirty play and poor referee decisions. Although a double double would be really nice.

This is the same lineup that won in Bristol, we'll find out if it's the right one for this match.

Piroe was banned for the reverse fixture, but O'Dowda saw the red card early. A player needs 10 yellows for a 2 match ban now. The 5 yellow rule was just changed

That's now 10 goals without reply on a rolling basis say the comms. We need to go for more and NOT sit back. We are useless at defending so we may as well go for it up front.
