The catalyst that stirred up the side to play proper football was the pensioner wearing the no. 15 shirt.
Agree. Routs had a fine game and is well worth his place in the squad. He has that level of skill which can open up defences and he can still beat a man to take him out of the game and create space for others. His legs have gone but he can certainly be used at strategic times.

Yes, and Wayne would be the first to admit he owes a great deal of his success with us to Michael Laudrup, Brought in in Rodgers reign but not greatly used, It was Laudrup who brought him in from the cold, think he played around 100 games under Laudrup who made him a lot of the player he is today. Wayne was the first to admit Laudrup never told you what to do, he showed you. And here he is 8/9 years later still a valuable member of the squad.
