And I add my greetings and welcome too, Sonnylee. I hope you enjoy it on here and you'll find us a very friendly bunch. Don't be afraid to post your opinions as none of us bite....... well maybe @Ladygargar does from time to time . It's great to get input and observations from across the pond and I look forward to hearing from you (y).

The following was posted by @Ladygargar on the 27th December in error on in the Mod's Lounge. Consequently no one was able to read the post, except the Mods, so poor Graham didn't have much of a welcome. And I didn't pick up on this until last night!! Anyway, here's her post:

Hello chaps! So sorry I haven’t been active for some time, suffice to say the back end of this year has brought many challenges - huge thanks for your messages of condolence and would you all join with me in welcoming my brother grahamsinging as our newest member - looking forward to adding lots more and being more active in 2020 in the meantime I send you all my very best xxxx

I had the pleasure of meeting Graham at a very sad event today - the funeral of his and LadyGG's dad, Ben, a truly smashing guy. At the wake I had a good chat with Graham and, not surprisingly, he's a good singer and performs regularly at various venues locally and further afield. LadyGG also likes to sing and does so very well, whilst her dad sang for and toured extensively with The Morriston Orpheus and Swansea Male Voice Choirs. I had the great pleasure of hearing him sing an Italian aria when LadyGG entertained a couple of the Stateside Swans a few months ago and I have to say that Ben could really sing. I mean it was a real pleasure to listen to him. RIP, Ben, you will be missed but never forgotten.

Anyway, Graham and I got on really well to the extent that I intend to go to one of his performances in the near future and I'm really looking forward to it. In the meantime, I'm sure that you posters will want to join me in giving Graham the warmest of welcomes to our little community. I hope you enjoy it, Graham, that's why we're all here. :)
