Gonna pop out to the shops and hope it changes our luck....... for the better! :)
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, did I bring us good luck or did I bring us good luck??!! As soon as I got into the car, Talk Sport announced that Nauts had scored a great goal. Then immediately I left the shop I heard that we'd scored another and then a third before I got home. Talk Sport said that Brum were exhausted through chasing shadows and that the Swans had made a real statement with some great football. And all because I went to the shops! :p

Some sweet looking stats to drool over:

POSSESSION: 74-26 SHOTS: 12-4 OT: 6-0 CORNERS: 5-1 FOULS: 8-13 GOALS: 3-0

Nice looking 50% of shots on target as well. So come on, guys and gal, tell me who impressed you and why. :)

Kyle Naughton what a goal. When we were coming close but not getting anything in. I didn't think they were going to score like that, he was backwards to the goal and made that nice turn and saw the opening. Really nice goal, we've had substitutions score 4 games in a row now. Last week it was Surridge. Byers scored off the bench against Preston, Ayew had the 2 goals against Northampton.

After the first 50 minutes I was not expecting a 3-0 result, but it was well deserved. The game felt slow but Swans controlled the game, Birmingham never threatened. 90% pass accuracy with 709 passes, 74% possession. Incredible.

I'm impressed with Ayew because he's playing back on defense, he fought for the ball right up until the end. I believe he got the ball and got it to Celina for his goal but I could be wrong. Dhanda had a nice shot from the Borja pass, Grimes had a good set piece. Rodon and Van der Hoorn did not let Birmingham get in front of the goal. Great run by this team I can't believe Leeds is still on top after that result.

All credit to Cooperman, who saw what was needed at half time. Just before the 45 he had his arm on Naughton's shoulder and was pointing out to him what was wrong with our left side attack. And all credit to Kyle for doing the job. I never had him down as being so attack-minded. I think he has pushed himself in front of Bidwell now.

Cooper wanted a right-footed left-back for tactical reasons. Naughton doesn't need to prove anything, he is a better player than Bidwell. Much more skillfuI. I don't understand why he is not playing. We played some of our best football last season when Naughton was playing as a left-back.

Brilliant tactical change by Cooper to bring Naughton on. I don't think Bidwell is a bad player, but I do agree that Naughton is a better option when we want to be on the front foot.

Ref missed two penalties today. The foul against a Roberts towards the end of the first half. The push on the back of Borja just prior to Naughton’s goal.
