It's on SkySport, but I can't watch it because of country restrictions.
What is he saying?

Here is the link:

At home with.... Swansea: Steve Cooper on loan signings, youth development and his managerial ambitions
Same problem out here, but managed to pick it up via VPN.
Don't lose any sleep over what you've missed CJ. Rates very highly in the most boring 25minutes of TV. If you suffer from insomnia then listen to it from your bed. The one thing I established from my own curiosity is that yes, he has got four fingers and a thumb on either hand.

He said that he had no playing career of note - well that applies to Brendan Rodgers and Potter and they didn't seem to do too badly with us. Then of course there's the likes of Mourinho and others elsewhere. The argument about Cooper's ability has been put well and truly on the backburner for now but, when things return to normal, he'll have a lot to do to convince me that he's up to the job. There's no doubt in my mind that we should have been entrenched in the top 6 when play was suspended and that Cooper's mistakes and lack of experience prevented us from achieving that.

Whilst I do believe that he does have the ability to become a good manager in time, unfortunately, the mistakes he's been making whilst learning his job with us have cost us dearly. Then we have the likes of Roberts, Celina and Grimes etc all of whom were performing well under Graham Potter but seem to have regressed under Cooper's tutelage. That does NOT bode well for the future as he was brought in to help develop these lads into better players. Patently that has not happened.

I recall one question asked, Is it your ambition to progress as a manager to a higher level, his reply was it was an advantage being manager in the Championship as there is a higher level the Premiership to progress too and proceeded to recall his achievements with 16 olds at club and international level, obviously having no senior experience to refer to other than Swansea. Premiership managers would have him for breakfast.
