You will find that, as per usual, the website is challenged. I had to try a number of different ways to get the renew ticket page to recognize my login and account but finally succeeded. Frankly, I am not sure what piece of fairy dust, violent click of the mouse, or tirade of abusive language finally got the think to work. But persevere ... we need to buy out Cooper's contract and send him on his way and apparently every penny counts.
