If we get him for nowt could be worth a gamble. He has a certain amount of class and ability but it needs bringing out. Perhaps Potter is the man to do it.
There are rumours of him coming out here to Besiktas, and if Besiktas show an interest in him other clubs out here will.The one thing that may put the dampner on it is that the exchange rate is still quite high, meaning they would be paying almost double his wages compared to this time last year.

Exactly, we need a striker, but we should definitely be aiming higher than Shankland! It’s 2019, if you’re signing people for less than 3 million or so they better be a youth player or you’re basically just getting Declan John, Asoro, McKay type JAGs (just another guy).
