Pass chains and players contribution in Wycombe game (answer to @VictoriaSwan post in thread Wycombe)

Since @CroJack referenced my work (I call them regressive assists), it's worth mentioning that last season Jay Fulton posted similar offensive numbers to Celina, while ostensibly playing as a #6/#8.
Your regressive assists are linked to goals only. Pass chains in this thread include all chances we create.

You reward two or three passes + corner-, free- and penalty-kicks won that lead to a goal.

I reward all passes from the first one that initiated an attack to the lact action (a chance). We use a different metodology. In my opinion all chances have to be included, because it's not fair to oversee a killer through pass or an amazing cross just because they are not converted to a goal. Though, I admit I should include players who win corner-, free- and penalty-kicks.

I think Smith is a good addition to the squad in a position that was paper-thin, but it's really tough on Fulton that he has to be the fall guy.
This thread is not meant to be an anti-Fulton thread. It's more an analysis of Smith's performance against Wycombe. I was curious to see what was his performance like, because imediatelly after the game most of us had an impression he hadn't contributed much.

I've said it before and I'm saying it again: Fulton is a warrior and I like him a lot. Fulton is also a goalscorer, he has a great shot, and he is excellent in the air. And Steve Cooper was spot on when he brought in Fulton instead of Gibbs-White when the later was too tired too continue. In my opinion, Fulton is wasted in the defensive midfield. What I like about Smith is his range of passing and his runs towards (and into) opposition box.
