they're just the capitol of Wales end of.
Unfortunately they are also the only Premier League team in Wales. It's about time we started our revival to restore our rightful status and, if we can kick on from our last two results in the second half of the season, it could be more than a mere pipedream. COYS, GO FOR IT!!!!

Liverpool had to burn a sub in the first half due to injury so they can’t bring their big 3 (Firmino, Mane, Salah) all on in the 2nd half.

So Gary Rowett has been dismissed at Stoke. Recently regarded as one of the brightest managerial talents outside the Premier League, Rowett's expensively assembled squad sit one point and two places behind the Swans in the table. No doubt the Idiot and the Wanks will gleefully point out that spending money is no guarantee of success.

That is true. But if a team has THE RIGHT MANAGER, there is no question that money spent on carefully considered players can only improve that team. Despite making some mistakes, which can only be expected, recent performances have indicated that Graham Potter is the right man for us, albeit I'm sure that he would be delighted to receive some funds to strengthen his threadbare squad.

We will know within a couple of weeks whether or not this board are serious in their intent to get back to the top level sooner rather than later. I still think they're a bunch of lying asset strippers but I'd be extremely happy to be proved wrong. Won't hold my breath, though.

Deserved win for Wolves and 3 great goals tonight in the game.
Expected result. It seems to me that Klopp is going all out in his chase for the league title. And why wouldn't he? Klopp knows Manchester City have to play at least five (probably eight) more games in the domestic cup competitions whilst Liverpool can rest their players in between PL and CL games. A huge advantage.

Leeds, Norwich and Sheffield United all played weakened squads in FA Cup 4th round and all lost. They have a bigger fish to fry.

There are only nine options:

1. Excellent manager, excellent players
2. Excellent manager, average players
3. Excellent manager, shit players
4. Average manager, excellent players
5. Average manager, average players
6. Average manager, shit players
7. Shit manager, excellent players
8. Shit manager, average players
9. Shit manager, shit players

I'd say that we were 1a with an excellent manager and above average but not (yet) excellent players. :) Where do the rest of you see us at?

A cracking game between Spurs and Chelsea in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final. It's like watching a high intensity Champions League game.

Like you say Ivor, I've no qualms about the manager, but still room for improvement in attaining that excellent standard of football we achieve in some games, which I feel is down to individual players.

Yes, Really enjoyed it, cup games seem to be far better entertainment than the run of the mill league game.
