The special one , another overpaid managerial disaster.
Since his stint at Chelsea he's been average at best , another moaning twat , glad to see him go apart from the fact that him and utd deserved each other .

I think that Mourinho was a victim of player power. Sure, he created a lot of his own problems with his demeanour but his record over the years speaks for itself. Come to that, whilst United are in a trough right now, his record there is none too shabby. He had a win rate of 58.33% against that of SAF with 59.67% ( Moyes 52.94, van Gaal 52.43 ) But it should be remembered that SAF managed in a different era when players and their agents wielded nothing like the power they do now. He also had the benefit of the 'Golden Generation' when the likes of Giggs, Beckham, Scholes and the Nevilles came through, players who took a huge pride in the club and forged a togetherness that doesn't exist in football these days. Add in the fact that United were THE club in those days, a club that all the top players wanted to join, and it was a far easier managerial job then than now. For instance, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs didn't offer the same threat as they do nowadays. Probably Wenger's Arsenal was the only team that did.

When SAF retired I think he saw the writing on the wall and the team he left Moyes didn't compare to what they once were. Football was changing. Citeh and Chelsea were beginning to flex their financial muscles and United's dominance was coming to an end. For me, United players, led by Pogba, downed tools because they wanted him sacked and any club knows it's easier to sack one man than replace half the team. And that's the problem with football today. The game is run by self-obsessed players and their voraciously greedy agents and is all the worse for it.

Manchester United are going through what Swansea went through before the relegation.

They've lost their identity and their soul. After Fergie they've hired three cautious managers who have all been afraid of losing games. Relentless attacking has been replaced by relentless defending.

They have been buying either 'second hand' players or players who lacked basic skills. Apart from that, they have given new contracts to some players who should have never been given new contracts. Sounds familiar? It's like Hew Jenkins has been there since Fergie retired.

In the process they've spent a huge amount of money on dudes. They've just given new contracts to Fellaini, Jones, Smalling and always injured Shaw. They have Sanchez on allegedly £500.000 a week. They have Lukaku up front who lacks pace and first touch. They have a new version of Mario Ballotelli in Mr. Paul Pogba. Are these players the future of Manchester United? No way.

They are in a total mess.

Even their last season, when they finished 2nd, was a fake one. As much as Burnley's style of football, United's style of football was not sustainable. Both clubs were extremely lucky last season and it shows now. Together with Fabianski, DeGea and Pope were two of most busiest goalkeepers in 2017/18.

By the way, I am glad he wasn't sacked two weeks before the Liverpool game. As all of you know, I am the only one who predicted here that Liverpool was going to win the title :p.

Oli Gunner Solskjaer has been appointed interim manager at Man U. Bit of a surprise after his fiasco with the scum.

I had to laugh at the scum fan on his radio Wales program... He was shocked at the appointment of Solchar after what he had done to Cardiff City.

....once a twat always a twat....
