Lenny Johnrose has passed away.

From motor neurone disease at the too young age of 52.

Served us well did, Lenny, and scored a goal in that famous 4-2 win over Hull City that kept us in the league. Heartfelt thanks for that, Lenny, and also for your service to the club. Condolences to family and friends. Rest peacefully, mate, you forever made your mark with us and you will never be forgotten.

He never let his disease break him, he didn't feel sorry for himself. It's a horrible illness knowing your time is limited. I enjoyed his book, and his legacy in Swansea is massive.
