Well todays the day, Ive been to church, stuck pins in my eleven Leeds voodoo dolls, even promised to buy a scum a pint if we pull it off.
It must have worked!

What a match. Rodon and Roberts had really good games, important tackles. The entire defense, Routledge wow. Another goal from the bench. Another goal from a substitute. Leeds were better, but Swansea gets the points.

I was totally confused today, I kid you not! First of all I often found myself cheering the wrong team forward because Leeds were in white. WTF!! But I also had the rugby on in the same room and a number of times I thought, what has that fcuking ref blown up for now only to find it was the whistle from the rugby match!:confused: Never mind, got my brain sorted now and Rainbow texted her congratulations as well. :)

Just like to say a BIG thank you to @IanABS94 for putting up the link that enabled us to watch the game and to also add that it was a great pleasure to share the moment with all you lovely posters on the match thread. Thanks for being here. :) And let's hope that we'll have many more days like this to celebrate on the way back to the Premier League. Okay, early days yet but we've made a great start haven't we? :D

Yes , a huge thank you to @IanABS94 for putting the link up. I owe bidwell an apology. He played well under pressure and was not our weakest link today.
Super Routs does it again , he is still my favourite player. Every Jack put a great shift in today. We stood up to the best team in the league and came home with 3 points.
And of course I have to quote @theblobster ,
WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE

270 mins of football now without conceding, and 90 of those against the mighty Leeds.
I have to go back and look but is that 6 or 7 consecutive games with a goal off the bench? Has to be at the top of league in that stat. I hope they stay top of the table, I couldn't handle losing in the playoffs. 3 away points in Yorkshire is huge with the way Swans have been playing at home.

Ayew has been all over the pitch, I notice Roberts was playing high right before the goal. Van der Hoorn had a couple of nice dribbles trying to get something startes, but they could not finish. Really didn't threaten without the corners. Leeds and Bielsa are tough opponents. They'll try to do the same and steal points at the Liberty.

Top of the table before a long international break. Will be nice seeing that for awhile.

@Borini .... what’s with the .... WE STOOD UP TO THE BEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE ..... We are the best team in the league: points dropped say so, table position says so, and I’m sure @CroJack will come up with a dozen other stats that say so.

It’s ours to mess up.

We are best on points, determination, fight, grit and clinical finishing. We fight for every ball and throw the bodies on the line to block opposition shots.

Leeds are best in the league at creating chances, shots, shots on target, quality shots and possession. They are best at not conceding chances, shots, shots on target and quality shots.

Saying all that, I think we can vastly improve and Leeds can't. What we all saw this evening is Leeds at their best, but also Swans far from their best.

I've always respected Stuart James as a reporter and he's bang on once again. Leeds, like us in the past, dominated the stats in major areas. But like us they failed to do almost anything with it. For having 70% of the ball they did astonishingly little with it. That's not a slight to them, that's a credit to us. Our defence was brilliant today.

PS: It's about time Fulton gained some recognition; everyone banged on about the physicality of Fer last year but Fulton offers just as much but with less mistakes. He reminds me of Leon in the way his contribution goes unnoticed until you miss him for a few matches. He's always up for a tackle and some of his slide tackles have been massive lately.

Fulton is great, I like the formation with Grimes and Fulton in the back. If Leeds could have kept the ball down they could have gotten 3 goals. Swans were lucky with a lot of those high shots. Then again they played great defense in a lot of moments. Steve Cooper is great, I hope it never happens but I'd like to see how he handles adversity if Swans ever lose under his tenure. So far he's doing a great job of getting them ready and trying to get everyone minutes. I need to make the trip to the Liberty soon.

Not sure what the table will look like then but the last match of the season for Leeds is against Charlton.

I am liking, not liking depending on perspective, the way that Brentford are playing. They seem to have learned some lessons after getting done by Dan last season and have injected massive pace into their game. They play at a far higher tempo than we do and are accurate with it. Ollie Watkins, a good player anyway, has been moved up to striker and he's delivering for them. If they maintain their present form they're going to be well in the mix come the end of the season.
