Can't really see that he'd have to sign one, seems it was a voluntary resignation, with no compensation payment.

Apparently a recording of a statement has been made but yet to be publicised, maybe as yankee suggests there is a gagging order.
In my eyes what can he ever say that would absolve him of his actions over the past few years? Anything said now in my opinion are crocodile tears. He's a very lucky man, where else whilst holding a chairman's position could you sell the company without the knowledge of almost 25% of the shareholders, and whilst still holding that position bring a multi-million pound business to its knees through scandalous transactions and deals, whilst at the same time making yourself a multi-millionaire, and then walk away with some tearful excuse to the fanbase. The man makes me want to vomit.

So now the Trust can have at him and is old shareholder gang without risking “damage” to the Club. If that ever was or should have been a concern.
If Jenkins was aware of any of this, his subsequent actions are even more disgraceful and, for me, shows he was only ever interested in the money he could skim from the deal without so much as a second's thought about the future and well-being of the club he professed to love. Despicable man!!
