I'm fcuking bouncing!! New Football Book: How To Throw Away A Game You Should Easily Have Won For Dummies by Graham Potter and his team of dummies. Why did Celina not start? Why was Fatty Fer not hooked in short order? (He got all of 6 inches off the ground for their headed goal). What is Declan John doing anywhere near a football pitch? Did anyone notice the way he just jogged/ambled back in his own good time for their first goal? He lost the ball near their box when he had options and then strolled back. Don't anyone dare tell me that he's better than Naughton!!!!! If John EVER puts on our shirt again, it'll be too soon for me.

And Grimes. Most players have a stronger leg/side but his right side is so fcuking useless it beggars belief, which is why the ball squirted under it for their opener. Then he was so tucked up for their third it was embarrassing! Joe Rodon also made some mistakes but, fair play to him, it is his first season at this level and the good far outweighs the bad.

Yet ANOTHER lesson learned today but it's time we started fcuking applying them and finishing teams off when we are dominating. As for the referee, you could be forgiven for thinking that he is either bent or a complete incompetent. A swinging arm is a RED card. End of. Period. No argument. It's there in the rules of the game which he chose to ignore for his own good reason. Even intent is enough for a red. And I'm guessing that had the situation been reversed, our lad would have walked. Pathetic, biased homer, in my opinion.

I think it’s either consciously or if I’m being generous sub-consciously rigged - the commentators went on about the new stadium their financial picture the absence of their fans and their hope to woo them back.......
EXCUSE ME but ain’t nobody beem in more dire straits than US! Their ‘supporters’ couldn’t even be bothered to turn up to a home game!!! Can you imagine such attendance at the Lib? Shocking for lots of reasons - none of them good. However, if Potter is playing the long game - today was a dropped stitch - there is NO WAY with our current squad that we could survive the prem again; and with our current owners the money would just be sequestered away to the gang of 43 or how ever many there are - trouble for potter is that with the current mindset and set up we can’t ever be more than a prem feeder club - we the fans unlike the plastics who can’t even be arsed to travel a couple of miles to watch their team deserve so very much more.

While I agree with everything you say, Lady, I'm afraid our current position should be the limit of our ambitions.
We ply our trade in a competitive league with honest mature professionals and aspiring youngsters.
Every year we have two chances at cup glory (and Europe).
Each year we will see our heroes sold on to other clubs.
Every year we will dust ourselves down and carry on.
'Twas ever thus for Swansea, apart from two insane flirtations with the top flight.
Let's face it, we'll never be a "big club" and if you punch above your weight you'll eventually get tired.

I don't see us as a big club, but decisions made behind he scenes over the last 3 seasons sent us out of the premier league unnecessarily.
The poor standard of the current teams in the lower end of the premier show that with wiser heads and owners prepared to invest sensibly we could still have been plying our trade in the premier !
