Thought Hamilton was harshly done by, tbh. Is this a question of the stewards trying to even things up to make for a more exciting season? I only watched the race highlights in part but I did catch this incident. David Coulthard, who obviously has great experience (maybe even more than the stewards), voiced his opinion that he regarded it as nothing more than a racing incident. I think that Lewis is going to become something of a target this season and I hope that he rams it right up their jacksies.

During the race it looked like he didn't have anywhere to go and that Albon came in too tight around the curve. But, when you look at it head on, it appears that both cars took the curve on a wider track ... could Hamilton have nudged slightly inside and avoid contact or did he let the bump happen ... tough to say.

Bottas drove a great race and both Mercedes cars looked faster than anything else. Vettel continued his disintegration.

Hamilton a great driver, but he's beginning to bring politics into F!. Supporting the pulling down of statues, Attending a meeting with heavy chains around his neck. Not the sort of thing the British public has come to expect from him. I'm far from being a racist person, and motor sport has always played a big part in my life. In my time with the Toyota World Rally Team colour or creed never entered it, Winning was always the name of the game.
Lewis should remember who has pumped £millions into his career, and stick to doing what he knows and does best, driving a F1 car.
