In what century is this going to happenThe EFL are not concerned about the impending court case to be brought by the Trust?
Correct. They should've reacted immediately after the takeover. I remember how much time I used to spend in 2016 writing posts on the Jack Army forum about fraud on minority. I used a couple of months to study the British Company Law, which is not my specialty, far from it, but for a lawyer it's not a rocket science. I also remember there were many excellent posts from other contributors about the legal actions that should've been taken. Many of us supported the idea of going to court and suing Morgan, Jenkins and co. It took the Trust three years to realise that the legal action was the only way forward and we, the members of the Trust, still don't know where we are right now in this process. Not good. I am mostly disappointed with the lack of communication on the Trust side.Have they ever done what we asked? I'm pretty sure finance was always sticking point when this was raised. To me the Trust is a Toothless Tiger when it comes to looking after fans interests.
