Good find, CJ, and, as Boz says, very interesting. I hope that Potts has now finally hit on the general type of system that he wants to play and will stick with it: always with the proviso that there has to be flexibility to change things when it's called for. But not until then. As the old saying has it: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Tinkering for tinkering's sake just confuses the players who then become frustrated and demotivated.
