Henry probably fits the bill more than most, If he was appointed is it possible he could talk James into another season if this Man U deal hasn't gone through, there are a great deal of similarities in their game, and a season of fine tuning by him on James could easily double his market value, or if we were fortunate enough to go up then maybe he'd stay.
