Interesting to note that Karren Brady of West Ham and some guy called Barber at Brighton want the season declared null and void. Call me cynical but it couldn't have anything to do with their respective precarious league positions could it? Both teams are flirting with the relegation spots and I find it very distasteful that they are trying to use this awful pandemic which is costing so many lives as an excuse to save their clubs' skins. :sick::sick:

If the season ends as of now ... current league positions should become final.

Right that would help out League 2 clubs like Newport County. Here we go

"Under the terms of the relief fund, Championship clubs will receive their remaining £800,000 award payment from the Premier League on Thursday. In addition, they will be able to apply for a £584,000 interest-free loan.
For League One clubs the figures are £250,000 and £183,000, and for League Two sides they are £164,000 and £120,000.
An additional £1m from the EFL Futures pot, a scheme which rewards clubs for giving opportunities to home-grown young players, will be allocated now on a pro-rata basis."

We've got home grown talent maybe we can get some of that £1 million l. I hope Birch's remarks about resigning Bah are true and we can get him signed. Life without VdH would be dreadful.

I had no idea lol. I think it's VdH. Yes that's right I saw something a rumour about signing Van der Hoorn to a new contract. Bit who knows what will happen now that this season seems to be cancelled. Tough break for those facing relegation and even luckier one for those looking for promotion. What a strange time. Lucky for Hull but this is assuming this table is officially in the books. What about playoffs. Whatever the EFL does will not be popular.

Everyone is talking avout Tiger King on Netflix and I have to say it's pretty entertaining. I'll watch the documentary on Jasper Maskelyne again I've always liked that. But this is a long time without football and I'm missing it. Turkish League still playing ?

No, Turkish League also cancelled now.

So it looks like the season is done. There are not going to be any promotion playoffs - how can there be: 1-2-3 as they stand will have to go up = Leeds, WBA, Fulham.

Coming down: Villa, Bournemouth, Norwich.

And a round of FU's to Andy Pandy for having us finish below Cardiff. Thank god for August, or it could have been much worse.
