Painful spectacle from a Wales perspective but I thoroughly enjoyed watching Spain strut their stuff even though many of their regulars were missing. God knows what the score would have been had they played and decided to go for it. As it was they trounced us without getting out of second gear and their overall play was a joy to watch.
They had all the time in the world on the ball proving yet again that movement makes the pass but when they lost it, their press was quietly ferocious to win it back and put us under the cosh again. There was many a lesson to be learned out there on the park tonight and I hope the Welsh lads took them in. Our movement was poor hence our passing was poor. Our touch was poor and decision making non existent. As for our marking in defence the less said about that the better. How Williams keeps Rodon, inexperienced as he is, out of the side is beyond me. Just pleased he isn't with us.
